How do I apply to the BOOST Program?

For whom is the program designed?

To apply to BOOST, the following criteria must be met:

1. Must be academically eligible
2. One of the following test results must be met:
   • IELTS - Minimum Overall Score and Writing section must be 5.5, all other sections minimum 5.0.
   • TOEFL - Minimum Overall Score of 69, Reading and Listening not below 15, Speaking and Writing not below 18.
   • CAEL - Minimum 50 in all sections
   • PTE Academic - Minimum Overall Score of 46, with no section less than 46.
   • Duolingo - Minimum overall score of 100, with no subscore less than 90.
   • Cambridge C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency- A minimum overall score of 162, and a minimum of 162 in reading and writing, and a minimum of 154 in each section.

What documents do I need to include in my application?

Students will need to include their high school or college transcripts, as well as proof of current English proficiency results. For details about the application process for degree study, please visit the King's Admissions website.

When is the application deadline?

The deadline for this year is June 1st. However, spaces are limited, and it is recommended that students apply as far in advance of this deadline as possible.
